BILL NO. 50(JUD) and moved and asked unanimous consent that it                                                                  
be taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so ordered and the

The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                                                   
50(JUD) "An Act relating to the Interstate Compact for the Placement
